1. Order Cancellations & Processing

Please review your cart carefully before finalizing your purchase. Once an order has been placed and entered our processing system, it cannot be cancelled. This strict policy is in place because payment processors charge us a non-refundable transaction fee the moment you checkout. These fees are not returned to us if we issue a refund.

  • Chargeback Policy: We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. Any unwarranted chargebacks initiated against Games4You will be contested with full documentation of your agreement to these terms. This may result in your account being blacklisted and, where applicable, further legal action to recover costs.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive defective or damaged.

  • Inspection: Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
  • Timeline: You must report any damage within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a resolution, the item must be returned in the condition it was received. You will be required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If your item arrived damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at support@games4you.site within the 14-day window.
  2. Include your order number and photos of the damage.
  3. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Note: Items sent back to us without a prior return authorization request will not be accepted or refunded.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and verify the damage:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process the return. Note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the funds to your account.

5. Final Sale & Exclusions

Please note that we do not accept returns for “buyer’s remorse” or change of mind. Additionally, the following are final sale:

  • Gift Cards
  • Clearance or “On Sale” items
